About the Team

Damian Schmitt Silverado Gallery Sunnyside SportsDamian Schmitt Damian took an interest in cycling in college when his uncle started his own bike shop and frame building business.  Through the Oregon State club team he found his love of all things bicycle, including racing and promotion.  He quickly took over the club president duties and the OSU team was soon winning conference titles and club of the year honors. After college Damian has continued to pursue racing, promotion and team organization.  Damian placed 4th in the 2011 Masters 30-34 Cyclocross National Championships in front of his home crowd.  Multiple industry leaders praised his performance as one of the best and most inspirational for the championship weekend.

Brig’s goals for 2012 include a big result at mountain bike national championships as well as marathon championships in his hometown.
